Overview
A portfolio of lifts, escalators and automatic doors to be serviced out of the Pau site. You are responsible for it: preventive maintenance as well as breakdown repairs, under the supervision of the customer service manager. You are the person the customers in your portfolio see. Travel within the département.
Duties
- Carry out the servicing and breakdown repair of your portfolio of lifts, escalators and automatic doors, including minor repairs.
- Represent the company with the customers in your portfolio.
- Report any anomalies encountered to your line management.
- Contribute to improving the quality of services, safety and customer satisfaction.
- Cover on-call duty according to the established rota.
Profile sought
- Significant experience in a technical environment: lifts, door automation, access control, heating or a related field.
- Position open to lift industry professionals and to holders of a Bac or BTS in Electrical Engineering, Bac Pro EIE, MSMA or equivalent.
- Recognised interpersonal skills, focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Self-reliant, pragmatic and thorough, comfortable with IT tools.
- Category B driving licence required.
