Overview
A lifting equipment installer is expanding its team south of the Lyon metropolitan area. You work on new installation sites: you are the one who adjusts the equipment, commissions it and hands it over in working order. The site manager supervises the site; technical responsibility for commissioning is yours.
Duties
- Commission and bring into service new equipment: lifts, hoists, escalators.
- Install and assemble parts according to installation or modernisation methods.
- Check that the installation complies with good practice and regulations.
- Hand over equipment whose finish and settings hold up in front of the client as well as the after-sales department.
- Apply the safety instructions of the company and of the other parties on site, including protective equipment.
- Record site phases and difficulties on the mission sheets.
Profile sought
- Solid experience in a technical trade: lifts, door automation, access control, heating or similar.
- Lift industry professional, or holder of a BEP Électrotechnique (vocational diploma in electrical engineering), a CAP, a Bac Pro EIE, an MSMA or an equivalent level.
- Autonomous on site, rigorous in adjustment work, comfortable with IT tools.
- Client contact is part of the job: you are the one who hands over the equipment.
- Category B driving licence required.
